Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workflow Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in building AI- and LLM-powered workflows, leveraging automation to streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis.

This role is designed for a seasoned builder who thrives on connecting systems, reducing manual work, and creating repeatable processes that scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Workflow Development:
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools.
  • Build and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
Marketing Ops Automation:
  • Automate account monitoring, logs, and reporting.
  • Support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation.
  • Develop systems to centralize data and insights for decision-making.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Train team members on new automations and document processes for scalability.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
