Head of Content Creation

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Content Creation to oversee the development and execution of our captioning strategy in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Engaging Captions
    • Create compelling and persuasive captions for various content formats.
    • Ensure each caption reflects the unique tone and voice of the assigned model.
    • Optimize language to drive audience engagement and loyalty.
  • Establish Model Voice Profiles
    • Collaborate with content leads and creators to create tone guides for each model.
    • Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.
  • Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows
    • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for caption creation, review, and scheduling.
    • Work with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.
    • Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale.
  • Content Calendar & Coordination
    • Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions.
    • Anticipate high-traffic content periods and prepare accordingly.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy & Performance-Driven
    • Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language.
    • Keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant.
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries.
  • Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing.
  • Previous exposure to adult-themed content in a professional or agency setting.
  • Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles.
