Job Overview
Were looking for a strategic and execution-focused Organic Marketing Manager to grow CrediLinqs brand and inbound funnel through website and blog content, SEO, social media, video and email marketing. You will define and elevate our content direction, lead our editorial and content roadmap, manage community and video distribution, and work across teams to deliver a clear, cohesive and captivating inbound experience across our entire content footprintfrom discovery to lead nurturing, conversion and engagement.
This is a high-impact role that blends storytelling and messaging, performance insights, and platform fluency to scale brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Editorial & Content Management
Own the SEO and blog strategy and collaborate with onboarded agency on topic research, calendar planning, writer briefing, editing, and publishing.
Develop content pillars across e-commerce lending, embedded finance, SME growth, customer success and future verticals.
Craft content that educates, inspires, and drives conversions by deeply immersing yourself in our products and customer base.
Partner with internal stakeholders and agency to execute high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
SEO & Website Ownership
Manage with agency the keyword research and on-page SEO audits to improve organic rankings.
Optimize blog and landing page content for both search and conversion.
Manage and update the WordPress site in collaboration with the web and design teams.
Social Media Management (FB, IG, LI)
Plan and publish content across channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram including:
- E-commerce seller education
- Product updates and features
- Company milestones and team culture
- Ecosystem partner collaborations
Monitor engagement and community responses
Optimize content (copy and creative) and posting schedules.
Video & YouTube Content
Create and manage video content strategy for YouTube: educational content, explainer videos, product demos, case studies, webinars, etc.
Work with video editors and designers to execute engaging video assets for organic and paid distribution.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Build and manage e-newsletters, email drip campaigns, and lifecycle workflow for acquisition/conversion, activation, engagement/retention, and referral.
Collaborate with the performance and partnerships teams to align messaging with acquisition and retention goals.
Optimize open rates, CTRs, and subscriber engagement using A/B testing and segmentation strategies.
Customer Enablement Content
Produce customer-facing content such as:
- FAQs
- Onboarding guides
- Case studies
- Support scripts and playbooks
Work with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing and Marketing Automation teams to ensure content supports each stage of the customer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support co-marketing and partner campaigns with blog posts, social media assets, and joint content.
Work closely with performance marketing, sales, and partnerships to align messaging and maximize content impact across all channels.
Reporting & Optimization
Define and track key content and email metrics to refine strategic approach, demonstrating data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
58 years of experience in organic marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadershipideally in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors.
Proven track record managing blog programs and editorial calendars from strategy to publishing.
Strong experience with social media management on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram and community growth (e.g. Reddit)
Experience in lead nurturing through newsletters, lifecycle emails, and drip campaigns.
Knowledge and experience in video content planning, scripting and editing, working with designers for YouTube distribution.
Strong written and editorial skills with attention to brand voice and clarity.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
Bonus Points If You Have
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other B2B marketing automation systems.
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CMS platforms (WordPress), and email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Experience producing FAQ pages, help center content, and onboarding scripts.
Past work with e-commerce sellers, marketplace platforms, or B2B lending.
Understanding of attribution models and organic performance reporting.
