Role Summary

The Content Creator plays a pivotal role in fueling growth by developing ad creatives that drive conversions. You will serve as the bridge between internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends to keep ads relevant and engaging
Essentials to Succeed:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives content conversion
  • Strong project management skills comfortable managing multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance workflows and productivity
