Email Deliverability Expert

The Associate Email Deliverability Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the success of our creators by researching and solving delivery and deliverability challenges.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and resolve delivery and deliverability issues for our creators.
- Collaborate with teams to address blocklists, spam traps, and issues related to ISPs.
- Develop and implement schedules for email warmup and monitor progress to optimize sending performance.
- Monitor email metrics and improve sending reputations through data-driven insights and expert analysis.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer-facing team environment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex deliverability issues with enthusiasm and hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with third-party email deliverability tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of authentication protocols and their applications.
- Knowledge of global privacy and anti-spam laws and regulations.
- Exceptional empathy for creators and passion for revenue growth and optimization.
