Key Role Summary

An Email Operations Specialist role is available with a SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.

The successful applicant will assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using the chosen platform and provide guidance on best practices for email marketing.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting email-related issues, working with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems, and educating clients on email compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of email operations, deliverability, and related roles at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API integrations related to email services.
