About the Email Solutions Specialist role

As an expert in email marketing, you will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate clients on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or other collaborative tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
