About the role

  1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.
  2. Provide guidance on best practices for email deliverability, including sender reputation management and authentication protocols.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to email marketing and messaging.
  4. Educate clients on compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows within leading email platforms and other collaborative tools.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  2. Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  4. Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  5. Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
