Email Specialist Opportunity:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Email Specialist to join our team. As an Email Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise in email marketing platforms and helping clients succeed in their email campaigns.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of email operations, deliverability, and related technologies. You will work closely with clients to set up and optimize their email campaigns, provide guidance on best practices, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading email marketing platforms.
  • Email Deliverability: Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Education and Training: Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and success.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
