Job Description:

As a Learning Designer you will transform client briefs into engaging digital learning experiences, design new course templates, and support partnerships by delivering innovative solutions. This role blends creativity with purpose, allowing you to create world-class content while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Qualifications We Seek:

• 2+ years proven work experience
• Digital learning design experience, preferably in adult workplace learning
• Proficiency in learning outcome analysis and content analysis
• Passion for all things digital and for creative, innovative thinking
• Deep understanding of learning design principles, theory and application
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Easy confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to absorb information and transform it into cohesive, compelling content
• Flexibility to traverse multiple industries, accounts, and project requirements
• Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines matter
• Interpersonal skills that make any team you work with more effective
• Attention to detail and quality that makes your work shine and sparkle

• Articulate Storyline experience
• Graphic design skills

• Personal commitment to information management system policy and procedures
• Contribute to Management Review processes
• Reporting security incidents and incidents of illness/injury
• Requesting corrective actions to prevent recurrences of security incidents and incidents of illness/injury

Your Daily Tasks:

• Create engaging and creative digital learning lessons and courses based on client briefs and needs
• Design and develop new lesson templates and courses for the ready-to-go library
• Build digital learning solutions to support partnerships
• Convert source content into digital lessons and courses to support software customers
• Meet customer and internal deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Contribute design expertise to the ongoing development and testing of the digital learning platform
