About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Multimedia Designer who can transform complex ideas into engaging learner experiences. You will combine creative design skills with instructional design principles to deliver impactful digital learning content. If you enjoy designing videos, animations, and eLearning assets that both look great and drive learning outcomes, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end learning content (storyboarding, scripting, design, delivery).
  • Create short-form videos, animated explainers, and multimedia assets.
  • Structure content using adult learning principles and storytelling techniques.
  • Design for digital and blended learning environments.
  • Apply instructional design strategies (chunking, scaffolding, assessments).
  • Collaborate with SMEs to make technical/operational content learner-friendly.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in learning design and multimedia development.
  • Proficient in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva (or similar).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline).
  • Bonus: Skills in Figma, Photoshop, Audacity, or AI-powered creative tools.
  • Background in hospitality or retail is a strong plus.
  • Fast learner with initiative, communication skills, and attention to detail.
