About the Role

This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, reducing churn, and facilitating product adoption across existing accounts.

Growth managers develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and aligning expectations by suggesting relevant services and products that alleviate pain points and drive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and introduce value-added products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex projects involving developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, identifying growth opportunities and potential renewal risks.
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Advocate for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps and processes.
  • Provide reactive support to customers through ticket requests.
