Business Development Manager Role

The Business Development Manager is a strategic leadership position that involves building relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify and address their key business challenges. This requires demonstrating the value of our solutions, collaborating with internal teams to design tailored enterprise-grade solutions, and negotiating high-stakes contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with senior client executives to uncover and address their most critical business needs.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized, enterprise-wide solutions that meet client objectives and long-term strategies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that grow our presence within the account.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client, influencing product roadmaps and solution strategies to address evolving market demands.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and long-term profitability, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets with significant upside potential.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven Senior-Level Experience: Demonstrated success in building and managing senior-level relationships, particularly within large financial institutions.
  • Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: A track record of structuring and closing complex deals, including SaaS-based solutions that expand existing offerings or integrate into larger solution bundles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending, with experience in applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization highly desirable.
