Business Development Manager Role

The primary goal of this position is to spearhead the Business Development team, leading tactical and strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of talent development to meet ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee quarterly and annual new business pipeline generation targets for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Expand the Business Development team through a comprehensive plan.
  • Provide support to Business Development Reps during onboarding, coaching, and development to ensure goal attainment.
  • Understand our technology stack to assist BDR teams with lead follow-up and outreach.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and daily 'huddles' to share best practices.
  • Counsel direct reports to increase conversion rates and create more pipeline.
  • Establish relationships with Marketing, Sales Directors, Sales Operations, Recruitment, and HR teams.
  • Maintain alignment with Field Sales teams through regular meetings.
  • Monitor team performance against key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive success.
  • Implement new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to evolve the Americas team.
  • Occasional travel and event representation may be required.
