Customer Success Professional

The role of a Customer Success Manager involves building strong relationships with assigned customers to provide them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering. This entails understanding customer objectives and activating internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points, align expectations, and deliver on a collaboration roadmap.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support customers by finding solutions to their needs
  • Develop documentation about problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials
  • Promote engagement across multiple customers through digital channels
  • Identify high potential and high-risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support in developing and delivering customized plans that fulfill customer objectives
  • Engage with customers to ensure risk identification and gather feedback for review by the product team
