Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex problems.

As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, determine the root cause of issues, and provide effective solutions.
