We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead and develop our high-performing Customer Experience (CX) team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring consistent achievement of service levels and customer satisfaction, and continuously enhancing our phone support processes.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure consistent achievement of service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance phone support processes to improve the overall customer experience.
- Implement robust quality control processes to maintain high service standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Refine Phone Support processes using data and insights to drive business results.
- Mentor and train new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding.
