Job Title

Organize files and records, assist in regulatory compliance.

As a Project-based Finance Admin Assistant, you will work on the Accounting Department's projects to support document safekeeping, record filing, and bookkeeping tasks. You will help provide audit requirements for regulatory and statutory purposes and serve as the point of contact for the Accounting Department's projects and activities.

  • Document Safekeeping and Record Filing: Ensure all financial documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Bookkeeping Tasks: Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Audit Requirements: Provide necessary documentation to meet regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Accounting Department's projects and activities.
