About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Influencer Labs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our new customer acquisition targets with marketing agencies in the UK, US, and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services.
  • Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new clients, gauge their needs, and develop proposals to address these needs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current clients.
  • Pitch sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up-to-date with new trends.
  • Assist the Business Unit Manager in creating sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
  • Manage and train a business development team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all requirements are met.
Your Impact
  • Achieve a closing rate of at least 80% on qualified leads.
  • Generate a weekly sales revenue of a specified amount.
  • Increase customer retention by 20% within the first quarter.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by 15% consecutively.
  • Decrease the sales cycle duration by 10% through streamlined processes.
  • Secure partnerships with a specific number of new clients per month.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction ratings by 15% in the first six months.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level, in a relatable subject or similar suitable work experience.
  • Proven track record of commercial success in sales or similar roles in a digital marketing/SEO agency within the UK.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, able to nurture, support, and change communication styles depending on the individual customer.
  • Commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
  • Understand how to drive cost of revenue and margins to achieve sales targets.
  • Organised and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Drive and commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
