Business Development Manager

Rippedboxstation is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Generate leads through various channels and identify business prospects and decision-makers in target markets.
  • Meet with customers to present our clients' products and close deals.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers and clients.
  • Reach out to prospects and clients to provide updates and send follow-ups via email.
  • Maintain our Business Development database via CRM.
  • Understand customers' needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet these needs.
  • Work with the Business Development team to implement strategic plans.
  • Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team regarding candidate endorsements, requirement updates, client appointments, and other tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Excellent presentation skills for initial contact and ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.
  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, including Zoom.
  • Knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
  • Upbeat personality and ability to keep conversations flowing with ease.
  • Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.
