Business Growth Strategist

Rippedboxstation is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Generate leads through various channels and identify business prospects and decision-makers in target markets.
- Meet with customers to present our clients' products and close deals.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers and clients.
- Reach out to prospects and clients to provide updates and send follow-ups via email.
- Maintain our Business Development database via CRM.
- Understand customers' needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet these needs.
- Work with the Business Development team to implement strategic plans.
- Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment team regarding candidate endorsements, requirement updates, client appointments, and other tasks.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Excellent presentation skills for initial contact and ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.
- Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs, including Zoom.
- Knowledge of ClickUp is a plus.
- Upbeat personality and ability to keep conversations flowing with ease.
- Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.
