Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Rippedboxstation.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 10 hours/week of work, with an EST schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Identify business prospects and decision-makers in target markets.
  • Present the products of our clients to customers and close deals.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Understand customer needs and respond effectively with a plan to meet these requirements.
  • Maintain sales pipeline prospect status and set follow-up appointments via CRM system.
  • Create strategic plans to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically to implement operational changes.
  • Advise others on the businesses' products or services.
  • Improve the way the business operates.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in the business world.
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Background or experience in the engineering industry is required.
  • Familiarity with technology jargon and technology-related projects.
  • Excellent telephone manner for initial contact and ongoing communication.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Able to source leads and use suitable tools.
  • Follow up on marketing & LI campaigns.
  • Understanding of how marketing campaigns work.
  • Resourceful problem solver.
  • Working knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone.
  • Knowledge of current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Well-versed in social media marketing and advertising.
  • Customer-friendly and accommodating.
  • Self-disciplined and organized, able to hit daily and monthly targets with minimal supervision.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
