Job Description

This role involves supervising and managing the billing activities of AIA PH. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Collections team for seamless and efficient Billing and Collections activities.

  • Direct and manage junior to experienced staff in performing policy billing, as well as relevant financial analysis and reporting activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to subordinates with respect to understanding, analyzing and reporting of billing output and related operational and financial metrics.
  • Monitor assigned billing activities for compliance with established risk and controls management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. Experience in policy billing and financial analysis is highly desirable.
