About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Billing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing regular monthly, quarterly and annual invoices issued to our clients in the Fees and Billing Team.

This role requires the ability to coordinate and manage fee information requests from various internal teams, prepare calculation files to determine the fees that have been invoiced, and input data in the billing system to generate an accurate invoice to our clients.

Fees billed are based on the signed agreement between us and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual fee invoices to clients based on existing billing details and schedules.
  • Managing and coordinating fee information from internal teams.
  • Extracting data and running reports from administration systems to gather invoicing information.
  • Preparing calculation files to determine the amount of fees that have been invoiced.
  • Ensuring fees invoiced to clients agree to the signed agreements and amendments.
  • Monitoring fee changes to ensure billing details and schedules are updated accurately.
  • Maintaining the client billing profiles to ensure any changes are updated accurately.
  • Managing invoice and billing related inquiries and correspondence to resolve questions.
  • Analysing fees billed to clients by comparing the amounts to the previous bills to explain any significant changes.
  • Discussing and sharing any unusual results and findings with the team.
