About the Role
  • Our ideal candidate will manage and maintain the customer experience for all assigned customers.
  • The successful candidate will perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools and consistently promote and assist with the implementation of process improvements.
  • We are seeking an individual who can identify opportunities for reducing repetitive and time-consuming tasks by streamlining using automation.
  • This role is responsible for monitoring customer journey outcomes and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Owning communication in the customer success inbound queue, directing the customer to the appropriate resources and contacts to achieve their goals.
  • We need someone who can deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities and track customer progress through implementation to ensure success.
  • This role involves developing and enabling digital campaigns at scale and creating and maintaining response templates for frequently asked customer questions and communications.
  • Maintaining data integrity standards in our systems as it relates to customer engagement tracking and product utilization is essential.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders on webinar content is also required.
  • This role requires owning inbound opportunity generation and qualification through mail campaigns, webinars and other means.
  • Analyzing the customer base to identify and surface growth opportunities is a key responsibility of this role.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

About You
  • A college degree is required.
  • You should have exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes is preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a changing environment is essential.
  • Strong team mentality and strategic resource utilization are necessary.
  • The ability to solve problems and seek solutions is critical.
