Job Overview:


Senior Learning Experience Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across all sites, ensuring employees receive top-tier development.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Initiate and develop site-wide initiatives and drive campaign-specific training programs for team leaders and teammates.
  • Work with operations to create and maintain materials related to campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Pioneer all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization.
  • Create and execute training programs for team leaders and teammates, including detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation.
  • Provide campaign-specific training that is sufficiently technical but engaging.
  • Maintain all relevant training materials and documents for all levels, from new teammates to tenured team leaders.
  • Ensure training aligns with specific campaign and broader business objectives.
  • Explore departmental and campaign needs to develop training materials as needed.
  • Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives.
