Job Overview

This role involves performing complex tasks and requirements for Workday solutions.

We value partnership and engagement as a cornerstone of our business, with years of experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle. As a specialist in time tracking & absence management, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet client needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in the Payroll product suite, particularly Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead or coach teams in gathering client requirements, designing configurations, demonstrating prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Collaborate with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants, share expertise, and serve as a professional role model.
  • Communicate effectively and work synergistically on team projects.
  • Support complex tasks and requirements when needed.
  • Foster clients' adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and maintain referenceability.
  • Provide regular project status updates to managers.
  • Innovate and suggest efficient approaches to deploy Workday.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to continuous education among colleagues and mentees.
  • Provide insightful project status reports.
Requirements
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking areas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously (a plus).
