Workday HCM Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver innovative solutions for clients' Workday technology.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions, including Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support by delivering effective ideas and solutions.
  • Gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
  • Work with the conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
Requirements
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of HCM/Benefits Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
