Job Overview

As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members and independently to manage your own workload. You'll be able to understand customer requirements, design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs.

You'll also support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Support junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must).
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
