About the Role

As a seasoned Workday specialist, you will take on a key responsibility in implementing and configuring cutting-edge enterprise solutions for our global clients. Your expertise in this area will enable seamless integration of payroll management systems, driving business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced consulting environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and development, with opportunities to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services. If required, you may also be expected to travel to client sites within your region.

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload with minimal supervision
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Able to plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
