Job Title: Workday Financials Specialist

Job Description:

As a Workday Financials Specialist, you will be working with our global customer base to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions. You will also be responsible for supporting post-deployment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions aligned to their needs.
  • Work co-operatively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Escalate issues and seek support from senior consultants when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Workday products, including Financials and Payroll.
  • Excellent customer focus with experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines.
