Job Description

As a key member of our team at Manpower Core Group Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the success of our clients by conducting comprehensive training programs for new hires. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our new employees through their A-bay training, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality client training programs that meet the Company's training methodology standards.

• Facilitate alignment of training approaches with the Company's onboarding, New Hire Training, and A-Bay playbook requirements.

• Supervise the integration of agents into Operations by providing training and support through A-Bay.

• Administer training surveys to measure and report on training effectiveness.

• Assess training needs and learning styles to optimize the training experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in call center operations and/or prior experience in customer service and training.

• BPO/call center experience is preferred.
