Detailed Job DescriptionResponsibilities: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- First Line of Support: Handle all incoming queries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Tier 2 Support: Collaborate with senior technical support engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Documenting User Queries: Accurately record and document user queries and resolutions using designated applications.
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in helpdesk or TSR roles.
