  • Documenting User Queries: Accurately record and document user queries and resolutions using designated applications.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Languages: Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in helpdesk or TSR roles.
