We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Datamatics.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will receive and log queries using some applications such as Zendesk, Live Person and other Helpdesk related applications.
  • You will deal with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk.
  • You will take ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to a successful resolution.

In this role, you will develop technical knowledge of each system within the company profile and specialized knowledge of certain nominated application.

Qualifications
  • You should have at least 1 year BPO Experience.
  • You should be a college graduate of I.T preferably.
  • You can accept no BPO experience and has experience in technical support.
  • You can start as soon as possible and work onsite in Cebu City.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge in using Zendesk, Live Person and other Helpdesk related applications.
