About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Manpower (Philippines).

This role involves:

  1. Issuing Letters of Authority after assessing coverage, explaining any non-coverage rationale to customers.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues related to handling time and waiting time.
  3. Obtaining overriding approval from the Helpdesk Supervisor for LOAs beyond the Helpdesk's authority limits.
  4. Supporting the Immediate Superior in Follow-up On-site Orientation and training, and preparing/submission of reports on census, decking of doctors, POS queue reports, and manual LOA reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a Medical Allied Course.
  • At least 6 months of HMO or Insurance experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
