About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Manpower (Philippines).
This role involves:
- Issuing Letters of Authority after assessing coverage, explaining any non-coverage rationale to customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues related to handling time and waiting time.
- Obtaining overriding approval from the Helpdesk Supervisor for LOAs beyond the Helpdesk's authority limits.
- Supporting the Immediate Superior in Follow-up On-site Orientation and training, and preparing/submission of reports on census, decking of doctors, POS queue reports, and manual LOA reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a Medical Allied Course.
- At least 6 months of HMO or Insurance experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
