We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Ensure timely resolution of issues, minimizing downtime
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in IT/Computer- Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Familiarity with client-server environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge in Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11
- Networking essentials, including TCP/IP and data center operations
