Key Guest Services Role

We seek an experienced and skilled guest services professional to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Answer guest phone calls and resolve issues efficiently, focusing on guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards, including coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams.
  • Update reservations accurately to ensure proper accounting and minimize errors.
  • Liaise with external platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO, to resolve channel-specific issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in OTA booking channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, and others.
  • Guesty or similar short-term rental property management systems.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
