
Guest Services Liaison

We seek an experienced and skilled guest services professional to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Answer guest phone calls and resolve issues efficiently, focusing on guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards, including coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Update reservations accurately to ensure proper accounting and minimize errors.
- Liaise with external platforms, such as Airbnb and VRBO, to resolve channel-specific issues effectively.
- Proficiency in OTA booking channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, and others.
- Guesty or similar short-term rental property management systems.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, even under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work Area: A distraction-free environment with professional settings.
- Dual Monitors: For enhanced multitasking and efficiency.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a backup plan.
- Computer capable of handling necessary software and tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is essential; knowledge of Guesty and Slack is beneficial.
