
Service Liaison

The position of Service Liaison plays a pivotal role in facilitating the connection between healthcare providers and our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems and providing appropriate responses.
They will deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to foster solid relationships with providers and their staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identify the type of assistance needed.
- Resolve issues efficiently by leveraging technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and their staff through effective communication and issue resolution.
This role requires a unique blend of technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and business acumen.
Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Windows PC software.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and respond compassionately to customers.
- Skilled in problem-solving and assessment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
