Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and projects;
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries;
  • Analyse data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 2+ years of administrative experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Familiarity with database management software;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Working Hours

This role requires working 6 days a week, with shifts from 9am-5pm. There may be occasional overtime required during peak periods.
