Finance Operations Coordinator

This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.
You will play a key support role within the finance team, bridging day-to-day financial operations with business unit collaboration and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Reconcile payments made by executives against company records and maintain accurate and up-to-date payment records.
- Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records, supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed, facilitating effective financial operations.
- Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units, providing financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets, driving business growth and profitability.
