
Customer Success Expert

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and continued use of our products by our customers.
Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Support, to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, introducing them to our products, and coordinating complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers. You will also collaborate with Sales and Field Engineering to develop engagement plans and manage customer portfolios, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.
In addition, you will conduct regular customer and business reviews with cross-functional teams, advocate for customers internally, and influence product roadmaps and processes. You will also support customers through reactive ticket requests and create campaigns targeting multiple customers via digital touchpoints.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**- Minimum 5 years of experience related to IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, IoT.
- Excellent presentation skills for complex software discussions.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
- Team player with ability to interact across departments and levels.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
