We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing prompt and professional service to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
- Utilize strong communication skills to identify customer concerns, research solutions, and offer alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when applicable.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide best-in-class service and support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond professionally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility with scheduling, with occasional need to cover evening and/or weekend shifts.
- Must have own laptop.
