
Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all computing concerns and inquiries, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
This role involves handling escalation, monitoring, and client feedback mechanisms to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level phone-in, email, and walk-in technical support for helpdesk, hardware/software, network, and SAP queries.
- Facilitate requests for SAP password reset, access in Pethub, and enable PC username in Active Directory.
- Dispatch local helpdesk, network, and SAP related queries or problems to the respective teams.
- Update end-users on the progress of requests or status of repair.
- Prepare daily reports on all support services activities rendered.
- Document software and hardware problem incidence reports as required.
- Assist in the installation of Cisco certificates.
- Create PG WiFi usernames and passwords for users and send them via email.
- Support users in Office 365 self-service password reset.
- Provide SAP Logon Pads to client users.
- Perform other analogous tasks related to the program/account.
- Employee may be assigned varying work schedules based on business requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A college degree (preferably IT-related).
- Above-average computer skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
