  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and ready

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Office Administration/Office Management, BS in Hospitality Management/Tourism
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
