
Global Service Desk Trainer

The primary responsibility of the Training and Development Specialist is to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of Service Desk Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive training content, as well as facilitating training sessions to ensure maximum retention and application of learned skills.
In addition to training development and delivery, this role also involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs and developing solutions to address these needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
