Key Roles

You will be responsible for driving online lead generation through various channels, including traditional and non-traditional marketing methods. Your goal will be to identify, test, and optimize new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.


Responsibilities
  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in multiple channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels and analyzing data to refine strategies.
  • Developing and executing innovative, growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using various channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing efforts and driving ROI.
