Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and gather contact information for potential leads to support sales pipeline.

  • Utilize AI tools and online resources to research companies and decision-makers
  • Verify contact details and organize data into spreadsheets and CRM systems

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, skilled in internet research, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use AI tools and databases to find target prospects
  • Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, job titles)
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists
  • Collaborate with sales and cold calling team to prioritize and refine lead targets

The successful candidate will have experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry roles. They will also be familiar with using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry role, lead generation
  • Experience in using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail)
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills
