As a seasoned Marketing and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading lead generation initiatives across traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
  • Developing and executing growth-focused marketing plans
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Managing budgets, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign success
Requirements and Qualifications
