About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team at Freezr. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to clients in the US market, utilizing your strong communication skills to engage and persuade prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Director to refine cold-calling scripts and outreach strategies, driving continuous improvement and success.
  • Maintain a high level of persistence, consistently following up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, particularly for US-based campaigns, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage leads and track performance.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
