Job Description\

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service as a bilingual representative, handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues with first-call resolution strategies, researching and coordinating with internal departments to resolve inquiries, accurately documenting customer interactions and claims in CRM systems, and utilizing internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently.

\

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Windows operating systems, and reliability and punctuality with strong time management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
