Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

About the Role: MCI is a leading business process outsourcing company seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish bilingual call center representative to join our team. This role involves attending to inbound and outbound calls, providing support through various channels, and working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Listen actively to customer needs and provide solutions accordingly
  • Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments as necessary

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English skills
  • 6 months of voice, email, and chat support experience in a call center setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
